I absolutely LOVE this Tumeric Latte powder! When my arthritis is particularly bad it is my GO TO! Sometimes I can feel the relief with my first swallow. Since Tumeric is an anti inflammatory it actually helps my whole body to relax. And with honey and milk the taste is excellent. Don't be tempted to put in more than a half teaspoon in a cup with water and teabag. it is a strong flavor.
So maybe it is better for me this way but I think this one has too much pepper. I bought it to continue my golden milk routine. It has alot more pepper and less cinnamon than what I was using before. I may come back to it but for now I'm going to keep looking. don't get me wrong - it totally works hence the 3 star review. I'm just looking for a better taste. If you really like it peppery this is the one for you! The price and quality are nice as well.

I was looking to try some new teas and was happy to see it was caffeine free.I enjoyed the taste lots of warm tones but not over powering. I hear the benefit of turmeric is that it helps to reduce inflammation and I also see that this could help with diabetes.
I use in my daily smoothie the powder dissolves quickly and smooths without clumps to result in healthy addition to plain protein powder & super greens for a tasty morning start.. The tumeric is a plus for addressing pain issues
I mix it with coconut milk and it taste delicious. I drink it every day to build my immune system with only small spoon with milk or with water. It’s so easy to prepare your drink. Very good quality and perfect combination of ingredients. I recommend everyone to use it every day.
A nice before bed treat! Easy to make which is nice if you're winding down. The flavor is about what you'd expect from Golden Milk but it's so nice to get to skip so many steps! Will buy again when this is gone
