I have been taking BCAAs during my workouts for years now and this one doesn't disappoint. The New York Punch flavour is sooooo good I could drink it all day. It also contains EAAs. It sustains me well through my workouts, I definitely feel hydrated and recover very well.

Many users say the flavor is a strong point. In terms of performance, I did feel a bit more consistent energy throughout my workout and less fatigue in later sets. It seems to help with hydration too — I haven’t felt as drained by the end. Some reviews also mention less soreness afterward One thing I noticed: sometimes the mixability is a bit uneven — a few clumps or slight foaming show up if I don’t shake it well. Others have pointed this out too So overall: for a newcomer, it’s a good “mid-workout companion” — giving me that push through fatigue, keeping me hydrated, and helping me recover a bit better.
