Solaray is a good company and I like this product from them. I like that the vitamins are liposomal and that are formulated for different age groups and genders. You only need 2 a day and the capsules are small and easy to swallow. The bottle lasts 2 months so you don't have reorder all the time.
I have yet to see the significant results of these supplements, but overall, they seem nice. It didn't cause any indigestion or bloating, and it didn't have any side effects on consciousness. I suppose they are doing what they are supposed to. Mum has no complaints so far😁
These are a good high potency vitamin in a one a day capsule. I trust the quality of Solaray. They are a hit for me!
So grateful for this full spectrum Women's vitamin. If forget to take it or run out before buying another bottle, I feel the lag and craving for food out lack of nutrition comes back.
I noticed right away that these were very easy on my stomach. My body felt very at ease. I also noticed that unlike most multis, I wasn't excreting a lot of blue-green B vitamins all day. The only reason i gave them three stars is because they are just too expensive for me to use regularly. Even with a discount, they're a lot. I haven't noticed any changes in my energy, but my stomach is notably more at ease when I take them.
I like this product, good quality, and provide daily needed vitemins, i usually take 3, one with each meal. The size is good its enogh for 1 and half months. I am under 50 years old but my nutritionist recommend it for me.
I found this to be a very good multi and like it in capsule form. I like the combination of ingredients. Would order again.
