Very easy to swallow, gentle on the stomach, which I appreciate. It's a small tablet, which I like. I don't feel instant results like with Eidon Minerals liquid zinc, but I'm sure it's good for me. I generally like taking zinc. My hair gets less oily, and I feel more grounded, etc. I also love KAL as a brand very much!
