I am doing intermittent fasting 16:8. I take 1 capsule in the morning and 1 when my fasting stops at midday. I am finding it takes the hunger pangs away. It does give me a small energy boost . I have lost 4 kilos in 20 days which for me is great.
I’ve only started it today and I have got good extra energy, I’m usually napping during the day and today I don’t need to. So far so good, I’m not starving hungry but still able to eat a good little portion, I’ve also had weight loss surgery almost 3 years ago so my portions are already small. I’ve also ordered the Burn Elite so I shall try that one when I get it.
Great quality product. It is very effective within a few days. I have seen a drastic improvement with my cravings and helps keep me on track with my diet and sugar control. Cravings are gone! It has no taste but it does sometimes give me heartburn depending on what I ate that day. I have GERD so that may be part of it. Overall, no real side effects. I notice that I feel warmer right after taking it but it goes away after a while.
I’ve been taking this nightly for about a week and my quality of sleep has improved significantly. I also take Obvi Burn and my skin looks better and my nails and hair are growing faster. Haven’t seen any weight loss yet, but the other benefits make it worth the buy.
