Vitamin B+, 90 Capsules

Only one available with folinic acid, which is the ingredient that I buy this for. My body doesn't process folic acid and methylfolate can be too much for me. Also seems to have a better amount of B complex for me than other multi-B's, lacks choline though.

Right from the start, I noticed a significant improvement in my energy levels and overall well-being. I also experienced better focus during the day and more consistent energy without the usual afternoon slump.

My first choice of vitamin B complex, have tried some others but always falls back to this one.

After purchasing, I noticed excipients which are not the best and I am disappointed, as this brand is such high quality.
