We absolutely love this. My daughter had a history to getting open sores and ulcers in her mouth for yrs thay no one could figure out the cause. I can across an medical article from the 1900s that said it could be a vitamin B deficiency. So I figured we would give this a try..... after a couple weeks of her taking it every night the ulcers stopped!!

As I take B-complex daily usually in the form of capsules, I decided to try this one for a change. I liked the ingredients, dosages and the fact that it contains B12 in methylcobalamin form and not cyanocobalamin. Also, I like that it's vegan product. It was easy to take, although I found the taste a bit too sugary and artificial. There are no artificial sweeteners, just stevia and monk fruit which I guess I'm not that used to. It's just a personal, subjective thing. If you mix it with water, it might go better. Overall, it's great product, just not for me. I think I'll stick with capsules in the future.

For some reason my body is not a fan of B Complex in pill form, but this is great. I have noticed a difference in my energy and nerve pain. I was taught it’s best to put the 1ml under your tongue and hold for 30 seconds so it absorbs into your blood stream better, so that’s what I do!
