I must say right away that there were no unpleasant sensations while taking the food supplement. I did not experience any problems with the gastrointestinal tract. For better absorption of calcium, minerals are needed: magnesium and zinc. In this complex, all the ingredients are selected very competently and there are no conflicts with each other. After taking Bone Strength, I have no lower back pain, my knees no longer crunch, my blood readings are good, after which I can conclude that the drug works and is well absorbed by the body. The nails became strong, and shiny pink, the nail plate became noticeably stronger, they stopped exfoliating and breaking. My hair has gotten better too.

I have only taken these for less than a week. I take 2 in the am and 2 in the pm. From research, I read about this calcium combined with other synergistic supplements has been shown to increase bone density and will not increase plaque in the bloodstream. I will be taking it regularly and see how test results compare. The calcium comes from ocean algae.

This supplement is solid for supporting bone health, and I like that it’s vegan-friendly. I’ve noticed some improvement over time, though results feel a bit slower than I expected. Overall, a reliable product, but I hope to see even stronger effects with continued use.

I’m rating this poor because the composition mixes calcium with magnesium, which newer research shows is not good because both elements once ingested has the effect of canceling out each other, which means we won’t get benefits to correct deficiencies! No wonder I felt nothing taking this, didn’t even see my nails grow more.
