I take this to control the insulin’s resistance caused by PCOS. Not sure if it is working yet. Hopefully I will weight loss results within few days of use.

I tried this supplement to support my PCOS, metabolic imbalance, and insulin sensitivity. It contains strong ingredients like berberine, cinnamon, and other herbal blends aimed at blood sugar balance and oxidative support. While the formula looks great on paper, I didn’t enjoy taking it. You need to take 2 capsules per day, and size is long, dark yellow, with a strong earthy smell and bad taste—even though the capsules are plant-based. It was hard to take consistently. The quality and packaging are fine, and the ingredient list is solid, but the taste and overall experience were not for me. I much prefer Myo-Inositol, which has worked better with fewer side effects. I’d rather take a targeted berberine supplement than this broad combo that didn’t suit my needs.

I didn't check my blood sugar yet as I am pre-diabetic. However, I feel better when taking this supplement. i fee more energetic. My doctor stopped the Saxcenda for me before TTC, so I decided to take something to lower my Insulin resistance. I hope this will help.
