It's pretty soothing. However, when my eczema got little worse, it also could be somewhat irritating. However it's pretty mild and soothing overall!

This cream is very good for atopic skin. Atopalm Panthenol Cream soothes and nourishes dry, irritated skin. Immediately after application it feels like a film. If the skin is dehydrated it will absorb it. Most likely, this cream will not be liked by those with normal skin, as it is very thick.

This stuff is great, especially if you have older skin or a damaged skin barrier. It's thick with a low water content, so you're getting mostly active ingredients. Makes skin very soft and moisturized.

This was a life saver as I used it during winter for both kids and adults. The thicker consistency helped with moisturizing our hands and body in order to reduce cracks. There was no detectable scent and seemed like a good quality cream for the cold weather.

i have dry/combination skin and this is too dry to wear by itself. it works better if i mix in oils with it. it's calming for irritated skin
