I originally bought another brand, but I found that those were not a great value - these ones are! I like that it's a 10-pack as I feel that's a good amount to keep on hand at home. They seem to work just as well as the name-brand option. I'd recommend to save some money and go with these.

I use these for travel or if ever i feel a UTI is coming on, to help me take action against infection. Once i know if there are nitrates or not in the urine, i can then take the course of action using which supplements, herbs or homeopathy. Benefit is that you definitely can test at home, if there is a chronic condition its best to seek a qualified professional or urologist specialist as you don't want to leave a UTI untreated. UTIs are not normal, they are common and we need more health literacy on them, especially as women.

It's good for peace of mind. As I'm in a country that doesn't speak my native language, and have been prone to UTIs in the past, this helps me work out if it's actually a UTI or just my endometriosis symptoms/anxiety acting up. Though always seek medical attention if you need it.
These are very easy to use and store. I am not sure how effective they are though because I do admit they can be hard to read at times. I have had to use two in order to get an accurate overall reading. The package is good for the price I think.
