I love these strips, use it only when I go to bed butconaidering also using them during sports activities. Size is good, sits well on the bridge of the nose. I like that it is transparent, and looks nicer. Doesn't feel heavy after night, easy to remove without any discomfourt.
I bought it as I suffer from nasal congestion and difficulty breathing during sleep which results in headaches when I wake up. The strip is a little small, stick well to the nose at first, then slightly will come off. The effectiveness is not as great as I thought. I still wake up feeling lightheaded. Overall the improvement is limited so I’m not purchasing again.
Very helpful for breathing both at night and during the day. I did sometimes have a hard time getting it to stick as long as I wanted, and it was a little too big for my nose, but ultimately would recommend and use them every now and then.

They do help open up breathing at night, but they don’t always stay in place. Comfortable on the skin yet not strong enough for long nights.
Super nice product. The only downside that I have to say is how well the glue sticks to your skin. You really need to pay attention to the instructions and use it properly. Other similar products will just pill off in the middle of the sleep. I use it frequently for or a better sleep. It is very effective for me.
