The quality of the product is good. The composition is something that I’m not too sure of the same thing with the ingredient list. I’m not too sure what’s in it but I think it’s a bit irritating for people with sensitive stomachs for me. I found that it didn’t really suit me, although it kept me very full. It really disturbed my bowel movements. Has a lot of benefits if you were a person who is dieting, but I would not recommend it to a person who has a sensitive stomach. It tastes really, really yummy, but it didn’t really suit me. I would definitely buy it if it didn’t hurt my stomach.
