I’ve been using the Differin Dark Spot Correcting Serum for a while, and overall, it’s a solid product but not a miracle worker. The texture is lightweight and absorbs quickly without leaving any greasy residue, which makes it great for layering under moisturizer or sunscreen. I like that it contains 4% niacinamide and other botanical ingredients-it feels gentle and doesn’t irritate my skin, even when used daily. It did help slightly even out my skin tone and made my complexion look a bit brighter, but it didn’t completely fade my dark spots or post-acne marks as much as I hoped. The scent is normal, obviously has no added fragrance that may cause allergy. I use it almost everyday at night after washing my face, let it dry then plly moisturiser, very good quality as it actually does fade acne marks overtime, size may look small but will last you at least 2 months, packaging is easy to keep as well. It take about a week to start seeing results. But to fade stubborn acne or dark marks on face it will take a month and half. It's good for sensitive skin

It really helps to lighten the spots though it does not completely get rid of it. But compares to other way more expensive products out there, I think this one does the job better. At least it does help lightened the dark patches on my face.

i feel my complexion appears more even with this product. i wanna avoid dark spots as they make you appear older. i would prefer unscented though.

I'm not sure what I think about this product. Almost every time I used it, it caused redness and irritation, I tried it on my hands but they would feel somehow itchy. It is transparent, gel-like in texture but feels kinda heavy on the skin. It has kind of strange scent too, that reminds me of a dish soap or some other cleaning product. The package is nice and practical though. I couldnt use it enough of times so I cant speak of its benefits 🤷‍♀️
