This is a very good product that I was lucky enough to get at a very good price. With very well selected ingredients, it is of high quality and many benefits. Personally, I like it and it helps me. For better results, I always take it on an empty stomach - once a day, at least 1 hour before meals.
Olive leaf supplements are known for their amazing benefits to lower cholesterol. Quality of ingredients is superb and the dosage is right. I take one capsule per day. I have noticed reduced LDL levels while taking this and I feel it's potent enough to continue taking for overall wellness.
These are an excellent potency, but you have to be a bit careful! A few times, I have taken on an empty stomach and have felt very sick. I now take three caps with some brown rice to help ease the effects on my stomach. I know these are good for me, and I am going to keep on taking them for at least six weeks.
I purchased elsewhere before iHerb. always price compare. I prioritize no soy in the I ingredients. the dosage is just 1 capsule, so though the size is large it's not overwhelming. I like the price.

Health Harmony olive leaf 60 capsules is a decent size and dosage is great. Olive leaf has so many health benefits such as heart health, blood sugar management, immune system, support, antioxidant, and anti-inflammatory effects. Other potential benefits, brain health and neural protection weight management as well. This supplement has no taste to it, and I didn’t have any problems after taking it with an aftertaste.
This is one of the very few Non-GMO Olive Leaf supplements I could find. With 750 mg per capsule it is more potent than it's competitors and the Oleuropein content is 20%. Mid-size capsule, easy to swallow and no aftertaste. I'll stick with this one.
