Quality seems a good blend of ingredients, the dissolving tablets are small in size and have a pleasant taste although I dissolve them in water - just a preference!! Great for the nervous system, I have been taking NMN for some time now and this seems to boost my metabolism, and gives me a bit more energy. packaged well, and although smaller tablets, seem to do the job at a cheaper price :-)
