I have been taking this for more than a year, 1 capsule daily about an hour before a coffee. It’s a shame iherb have made considerable price increases across most of the good brands they sell. The price increase seems to have coincided with the introduction of the Auto Ship & Save feature. Putting prices up so they can then offer a discount. I will now be shopping around for a better price.
Easily one of the best Sun Theanine brands out there. The absence of any fillers makes this an easy choice. And the 200mg dosage is perfect for one pill a day, which is tiny and thus easy to swallow.

I’ve been using Paradise Herbs Sun Theanine (200 mg) for a few weeks now. Overall, it’s a good product, but not without a few downsides. The quality seems solid, and I like that it uses SunTheanine, which is a trusted form of L-Theanine. I’ve noticed a mild calming effect and some reduction in stress levels, though the impact is not as strong as I expected from a 200 mg dose. The capsules are easy to take, and being vegetarian is a plus, but the price is a bit higher compared to other brands offering similar products. Also, I didn’t feel a consistent effect every time, so individual results may vary. Overall, it’s a decent option.
I purchsed the Sun Theanine to help me sleep. Paradise Sun Theanine has one of the best formulations. I am not certain if this is helping and so the four star rating but the capsule size is small and easy to swallow. Time will tell if this is working but if you are looking for an outstanding Sun Theanine, Paradise is it.
this Theanine gives rest to body and brain. Theanine is an amino acid found in the leaves of tea. It is more in green tea than in black tea, but even more so in white tea. Theanine is a derivative of glutamine. It occurs as the enantiomer L-theanine and the opposite enantiomer D-theanine.
Daily for me, very satisfied, 1 morning and 1 midday preferably on empty stomach, good quality premium ingredient nice size on capsules package is good, will buy again
