We have been taking these whenever we feel a cold coming on because they are great for upper respitory healing & just a cold. These were reccomended by a Acupuncturist a while ago and we love them. We have even named them magic pills because they work like magic when you start to feel sick (we take 2 of them them 3 times a day when we feel it coming). I love these tablets. They are small, sugar coated so easy to swallow. I bought these to improve my ear nose and throat health while having root canal therapy. I have had chronic sinusitis and have found this to be greatly improved. My ears feel heathier. My breathing is clearer. I will buy again and also try the other type for lower respiratory health. The bottle has 100 tablets and is a good price. I recommend this item.

Great quality herbs that can be used for any age - both my kids under 10 take these too when we have an onset of old. We benefit from the company’s well sourced ingredients which a great composition too- I know some background about TCM and their choices of herbs that improves our health is great! There’s no concern about whether this affects one,s diet, and as for taste, yes I agree that they could lessen the sugar coating but we all take these with water and gulp them away so it’s not much of a concern to us.
