I am currently on the Keto diet and decided to give these a try after reading the reviews. I live in a country where Keto items are uncommon so I have a hard time finding appropriate snacks. I was really looking forward to these but was very disappointed. The taste is just mediocre with only hints of sweetness and flavor. Additionally, the texture is a bit grainy and chewy/rubbery. The ingredients are decent enough, however, I think they are very overpriced and not at all worth the cost. There are better tasting/similar quality bars out there within this price range and cheaper...Atkins and some of the locals bar I have had are far better. I will not buy these again...

I love these protein bars!! The texture is very chewy and it has great taste with relatively big chunks of chocolate. I love the size of the bar because it’s a great snack for when you don’t want a normal size protein bar, and the packaging makes it great for when you’re on the go!

These are great, as I feel the full sizes are too many calories. These are perfect for a small sweet treat, but with the benefits of protein also. (I put them in my bag for hiking!)
