So glad we found somewhere that sells this in Germany. We found this while living in New York and got addicted to it. Putting it on rice forms a delicious base for any bowl we make. We also use it to marinade tuna and other meats. A high recommend

So happy to have this pantry ready gluten free option, it tastes like the sauce they pour over donburis, even uncooked poured over my rice bowls this is really yummy.
