Bachan’s hot sauce is one of those rare finds that instantly earns a permanent spot in your kitchen. What makes it stand out is how well it balances heat with flavor — it’s not aggressively spicy, but instead brings a smooth, savory kick that complements food rather than overpowering it.

I recently tried this hot sauce and overall it’s good, but it wasn’t exactly what I expected. The level of spiciness is nice — it has a good heat that’s enjoyable without being overwhelming. However, I was expecting a more noticeable smoky flavor, and unfortunately I didn’t really get that smoky taste I was looking for. That was a bit disappointing for me. I also would have preferred a thicker consistency. The sauce feels a bit too watery for my taste, and I personally like my hot sauces to be more rich and dense.

“I’ve been using this product for a while now, and I can honestly say I’m very pleased with it. It delivers exactly what it promises and performs consistently well. The design is practical and user-friendly, and the overall quality stands out. It has met — and in some areas even exceeded — my expectations. I would absolutely recommend this product to anyone looking for something dependable and well-crafted.”

This sauce is amazing! I’ve tried three different flavors and loved them all. It adds the perfect touch to so many dishes — from rice bowls to grilled meats and veggies. The ingredients are high quality, and I’m so happy to always have a bottle in my fridge. A true staple in my kitchen! 🍶

it's definitely Umami but it's not hot enough.. we were expecting it to be much hotter, we love everything spicy and super hot. we still enjoy it

The chili-infused ingredient brings the benefit of rich heat balanced with umami sweetness. The size is generous for many meals, the package is sturdy with an easy-pour cap, and the fiery-sweet taste makes it addictive on grilled dishes.

My entire family is now completely hooked on this hot and spicy BBQ sauce. We use it on Korean short ribs, boneless skinless chicken breast, shrimp bowls. This is a constant in our pantry....YUMMY!!!!!

Thank you for providing such outstanding supplements! The quality is exceptional, with thoughtfully selected ingredients that offer remarkable health benefits. Your products have made a significant positive impact on my overall well-being. I also appreciate the secure and reliable packaging. Thanks again, iHerb!

Same great quality! It's a bit small for the price, but I can't really compare since I first had it at Costco, and you get twice as much there for the same price. But hey, unlike Costco, they have more flavors here. It's a great way to jazz up your salad, meat, or rice. I love it!
