I decided to grow my hair past my shoulders. My hair is thick and I would wake up with a hair on my face and tangles. This cap fits nicely, not too tight. I find it keeps my hair smoother than if I didn't use it. I prefer using this over a satin pillowcase. The quality of the bonnet is how I expected, and I am glad I purchased it.

Sure, I am still getting the hang of how to place my hair in the bonnet so I don't wake up with a wild cow-lick, BUT! MY HAIR ISN'T BREAKING & KNOTTING ALL THE TIME! Especially at that spot on the back of my head (where pillow meets head) which has been a problem zone for me since I had hair. The quality for the price is fantastic, I still have plenty of space in mine so if you have long hair the size should cater to you too. I use this nightly now and won't be going back.
