I take these along with Mega Glucosamine and my joints are in fantastic shape. I'm in my sixties and still ski black diamond courses all day, and yet I eat salty foods and cheese and canned goods laced with calcium chloride; a de-icer known to cause severe damage to cement and steel. Yeah, and yet that's approved by the FDA and this isn't!

I had some pain issues with all major joints after working out in gym. The trouble started after covid. I don’t know if this is the reason or just coincidence. Anyway, first I started taking curcumin complex with no particular results. Later I learned about Boswellia and promising studies results. So I gave it a shot. And miracle happened, my joints are much better now. Curcumin + Boswellia helped me. I don’t know which one of these 2 ingredients is more important but I will keep taking both for now. I’m taking 1 pill of each 2 times per day (at breakfast and lunch). The recommended dosage seems to be right. Quality is good as always from Swanson.

Good as natural painkiller and anti inflammaroty for joints and back ache. It's tasteless so it's easy to take it. Size of capsules makes it easy to swallow. Have bought it for several times already
