Luteolin Complex, 30 Veggie Caps

This is another supplement I have been taking for a year now. It’s to help lower uric acid, and fight inflammation and also help with immunity. Certainly feels like it is helping me- in this time I have lost weight, only had 1 cold, and feel my digestive system is much improved. Whatever it is, it works. Love the quality of the ingredients- you can buy them closer to home, but of unsure quality. The amount in the bottle is just perfect. Easy to swallow capsules.- not too big just perfect size. Packaging and easy to open bottle are lovely. The benefits of this product are great!

I originally ordered these because they are supposed to help with Lyme Disease. I’m not sure how much they are doing, but I do feel a little better since starting the capsules. I like that they are very little pills, & so easy to take.

My partner suffers from allergies resulting in lots of sneezing, red itchy eyes, puffy bags under the eyes (and eventual headache if there is no prompt intervention). Antihistamines are effective at stopping the symptoms, but we wanted something that could address the upstream issue instead of just suppressing the downstream symptoms. Since starting to take this Swanson Luteolin Complex (which includes Luteolin and Rutin), plus separate Quercetin and Bromelain capsules (for improved absorption of the other bio-flavonoids) as a preventative, it is now very rare that my partner still needs to take the antihistamines (which is a great improvement from a state where previously he would have needed to take antihistamines twice a day during bad allergy periods! Even now, if he gets an acute break-through allergic rhinitis and sneezing, he would first take extra dosage of the Luteolin Complex and the other bio-flavonoids and most of the time that combination works just as well as the antihistamines to stop the symptoms acutely, not just as a preventative.). My partner generally dislikes "taking pills", but he has no issue with taking these capsules as there is no bad taste or smell to them and they are small in size and easy to swallow.

I don't think there's anything wrong with the product but it's just not helping what I wanted it to. My doctor suggested Luteolin to me for Mast Cell Activation Syndrome, as it has mast cell stabilizing effects. I haven't had that benefit from this supplement. The capsules are small and don't get stuck in my throat though which I like.

picked this up for microglial cell modulation and reducing neuro-inflammation from intense overreaching training blocks. luteolin is solid for keeping brain fog away when ur deep in a caloric deficit and running high training volume. caps are easy to swallow, zero gastro issues. only complaint is 30 veggie caps goes by way too fast if ur dosing it daily.

I learned online that Roteol strains of probiotic works better for constipation. This Swanson brand is the most affordable one and works well for me.

I intend to buy it for my hay fever initially but after further researching, I've found it anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, improve vision, reverse gray hair, better focus and much more. And it's vegan. Take it with Rutin for better result. It could change your blood pressure, higher or lower.
