High Potency of B Vitamins and very affordable I use with a multi vitamin for B12, folate deficiency I can confirm That vitamins like these are effective as my levels have risen proven by a blood test although I don't recommend taking this with a multi vitamin unless you have B deficiency as you can gain toxicity, my B12 and folate are extremely low so I require a "add on" so keep that in mimd
