After reading up on the benefits of saffron as a supplement I am keen to try and see if there is any effect - noticeably to my quality of sleep. As with any supplement the effects are not immediate and so what I can advise is that they have no adverse odour or taste and are easy to swallow.

Love so many things about this - love that it has Saffron and organic Ashwagandha in one product, the capsules are easy to swallow, you could take it with or without food, and it's also a clean vege capsule, with no other additives. I can't say whether or not I personally noticed a difference, but I'm also trying other things at the moment and working with naturopaths. I would definitely come back to trying this in the future
