Real Food, Organic Oat Milk Powder, 12 oz (340 g)

This is the first oat milk powder I’ve tried, so I can’t compare it to others. It worked well in my recipes. However, I noticed it contains additional ingredients, such as 'less than 2% tricalcium phosphate' and 'less than 2% silica.' I’d prefer a powder without these additives.

I really like this oat milk powder. I need milk only sometimes and in small quantities, so buying large cartons is not feasible for me. With this powder I can quickly make a small amount of oat milk as I need it. If I need it hot, I just add boiling water, instead of having to warm up liquid oat milk. I also take a small amount of powder in a small jar with me when I go somewhere, so I can add it to my coffee or Dandy Blend (another awesome product on iHerb). The taste is very nice and not too oaty. You can barely taste the oats, it’s just creamy and slightly sweet. I went through the bag pretty quickly though, so it is a lot more expensive than buying liquid oat milk. I also like that it doesn’t contain oil. Almost all oat milks have oil added to them, most commonly canola oil. This powder doesn’t have oil, so it’s not inflammatory, has fewer calories and is perfect for people who follow a low fat diet.

The ingredients are simple, the taste is great and it froths very well. I use this to make tea latte type drinks. It works perfect! I use a frother to whip it up into foam. I rarely buy refrigerated milk since I can’t drink a whole carton. I have found that this powdered option is a solid choice for tea. I like the quality and taste.

I was surprisingly shocked at the taste of the oat milk powder. I use it in hot coffee and also mix with water as a milk alternative. The serving size will allow this bag to last a while even with daily use. Great quality ingredients love that it’s organic, resealable package and I have began to drink it daily and one form or another. I recommend.

I love this stuff! It's so easy to whip up and it takes so sweet and delicious. I've used it to make creamy vegan cappuccino and tasty cheez sauce, and tonight I am making vegan creamed spinach with it. I only wish I discovered it sooner. The powder is so convenient. I had no trouble mixing it with a frother or in the blender. Best of all is the unexpectedly delicious sweet, creamy taste– suitable for many recipes and to make straight up Oat Milk without all the added fat in the store bought kind. It's a bit pricey, but this one is worth it. Wish it came in a larger bag.

I really love how beautifully this oat milk powder froths up. It makes lovely frothy cappuccinos and hot chocolates, especially with a little battery-powered frother. The ingredients are refreshingly simple: organic oat milk powder, tricalcium phosphate and silica. No xanthan gum, added flavourings or unnecessary extras. I like that I can add my own sweetener if I want to, such as maple syrup or honey. The downside is that it has very little flavour and is quite bland, but I actually don't mind that too much because I can make it sweeter to my own taste. It does need hot water according to the instructions, so it's not quite as convenient as some other milk powders that mix with cold water. Occasionally, a tiny bit can remain at the bottom and become slightly sticky if it hasn't mixed properly, but this is easily sorted with a little frother. Overall, I really like this for making frothy drinks. The simple ingredients are a big plus for me, and I'd definitely buy it again.

Definitely not "oatly" in flavor, but it is powdered and gets the job done in terms of being lightweight and a vegan alternative to milk.

Quality organic, use it for baking, to boost nutrition. Mixes well in my bread recipes well
