This product is containing quality natural ingredients, and multivitamins complex. Has no unwanted taste. Quite big in size. What about caution? I mixed it with Guarana (Swanson) to reduce desire to sleep at first part of a day. But since 2-3 hours I got head pain and sickness. My heart rate increased to 90-105 BPM and stayed at this level for a 6 hours. I thought that it my last day, and thought to call ambulance. But, decided not to do it. Thank God, I’m alive now. So, don’t mix it with any cardio/pretraining/stimulants! Probably it fits ok with omega3.
