This product was recommended by my naturopath to use in place of my asthma inhaler. She told me to use only 3-5 drops 1-3 x/day for no more than 5 days in a row as needed. I add it to water, drink it down plugging my nose because it tastes terrible. It works great for me, drying up the mucus and opening the airways. I have bought this product 5 times, I find the 4oz size bottle is better value. I use it when my drugs are not totally working 100%. It has a taste that you can be okay with, I water it down as needed. Gret help if you have to manage HBP, heart rate or other side effects from drugs and licorice. This has no bad side effects for me.
