As someone who got a lot of exposure to little children with runny noses, this WishGarden Herbs, Daily Immune Builder REALLY help me to stay healthy and stop getting sick. It does not taste bad. How I take it: I squirt 8 pumps into my mouth and then drink water right after (At my job, I did not have time to put it into a glass of water and drink.) That worked for me. [Note: On the bottle it says: take 8 pumps in a little water, 2-4 times a day. ] This product definitely made a difference, as before I started taking it, I was getting sick more often. It was recommended to me by a friend, and I am very glad I bought it. It is a very convenient size. I personally store at room temperature (not in a fridge). I plan on buying it again when I run out. The quality seems very good, as it seems effective at keeping me healthy. It did not bother my stomach or cause any mouth irritation. FYI: A serving size is 8 pumps. It sounds like a lot, but it is actually not.

Doesn’t taste great but doable. It’s a great combination of effective herbs though. The pump feature is super handy too.
