Excellent!! An essential amino acid for the body. Being a vegetarian I take it as a supplement to combat anemia and have a better absorption of calcium. Great quality, great for herpes, great for the immune system. I am not sure if it is better than tablets, but logically it should be.
The ingredients are simple and suitable for people to take. Because of the ingredients, it can also be given to pets (especially cats) by mixing it into their food. Since it comes in capsules, the serving size is easy to control, making it a great supplement for both people and pets. It’s also much cheaper than other brands (about half the price). Based on what was found, this manufacturer hasn’t had lawsuits or disputes in the past related to ingredient problems, so overall it’s a supplement that’s worth recommending.
