I’ve been applying PROcure Keratosis Pilaris Cream on my daughter's arms nightly. It’s free from harsh ingredients like parabens, fragrances, steroids, salicylic acid, mineral oil, and petrolatum , so I feel confident using it on her sensitive skin. The formula with glycolic acid, willow bark, olive oil, and coconut oil moisturizes and gently exfoliates . After a few weeks, her skin is softer and less red—but the KP bumps are still visible, so it's definitely a gradual improvement. We're continuing to use it daily, and I’ve noticed reduced irritation and dryness too.

I had several hard bumps on my chest, one of which hurt when touched. After using this Keratosis cream for about a month, the worst one flaked off! The others are disappearing!

Seems to work but we dont use it cause it states on the tube that you should always wear sunscreen if using this product. Very hard to keepp up with a child.
