These Kava supplements are great. I break open the capsules and combine it with l-theanine , Ashwaganda, and lemon balm in a drink to relax after work. Sometimes I make the drink and just sip it all day at work. It has totally decreased my stress level. Especially when I’m at work. I’ve seen the calming drinks advertised, but they’re very expensive. This is a much more economical solution for me.

I find it works as an amazing alcohol substitute/alternative. Feel the calming effects of GABA, but at the same time social also, great benefits. I take 750 mg, 1 g, and 250 mg respectively, three days a week, and it works amazingly well for my anxiety. It basically feels like a much less intense but still initially euphoric and later calming version of alcohol, but without the hangover. I definitely recommend drinking plenty of water with it, as it can be dehydrating. However, it doesn’t work consistently for me. Some days it’s amazing, and other days not so much. One thing that is certain is that it seems to become more effective over time, requiring a lower dose for the same effect. For this particular product: NOW brand always offers affordable but quality products. I bought the bigger size after trying out the small one. Taste doesnt matter and there is a bit if a smell. Dosage per pill is actually nice since it allows you to find the right disage fir yourself. I believe kava benefits brain health too so try it out..

It works better than products with similar properties and for more efficient results is perfect when is combined with other natural similar supplements.
