I've only used it for a few days but it hasn't caused any problems yet. It's very light, with little to no viscosity. If you wanted a more hydrating toner, this isn't it. It feels like water and I can't see it doing much to hydrate. However, I've only used it for 3-4 days and I've noticed it helped my redness and some discoloration in my skin.
This is a very light weight toner and has great benefits.

I really like this toner and it make my skin looks glow and super hydrated and policy and give this glass skin look, but it’s always sold out
I switch between 2 Korean brands for toner. One is SK and then this one, 9Wishes. I am so happy that I was able to find a company that stocks and sells this brand. I love it for the super clean feel of the product on my skin and its' effectiveness. You can't go wrong with 9Wishes.
I’d say it’s quite hydrating and not irritating for me personally.
the size is pretty big and the packaging is sleek. this rice toner is very gentle on the skin making it suitable for sensitive skin and it’s really great for hydrating and moisturizing your skin, unlike other rice toners this one is actually lightweight and doesn’t leave a sticky residue. it’s ideal for layering it on and using it throughout the day.
I like the texture it’s moisturizing and slightly thicker than regular toner. I didn’t notice any benefits other than moisture
