I ordered a bunch of Simply Organic spices when on sale and have been quite pleased with all of them. I haven't used the baharat, but it smells so good, very aromatic and fresh, you can smell the quality, and the rose petals are easy to see in the spice and add a luxurious touch to the spice. Very fragrant Middle Eastern spice blend rich, earthy, and warm flavor. versatility in recipes like lamb , chicken, fish, lentil dishes, and rice. This version contains rose petal which others do not which makes it more aromatic. Nice to have organic quality spices available
