I love Source Naturals. Unfortunately as im in Canada this is the highest strength Vitam D i can buy. Always used to get 10,000 iu. Our laws are very backward. Great product, quality ingredients. Great in the Winter as its so grey here. Just wish i ciukd buy the higher strength.
