I'm still integrating this dietary supplement in my routine, cannot evaluate anything improvement in terms of collagen / energy levels. Personally I find a flavor little bit too sweet and not enough chocolaty, adding extra pure cocoa powder to my mix and unsweetened base. Otherwise the texture is mice and creamy, it tends to make the base more solid as collagen is supposed to do.

I bought all 3 flavors 2x and used for 6 months non stop. They taste fine, but was hoping for a noticeable decrease in appetite. Didn’t notice it or anything else.
