Dunno if it is supposed to be like this, but the taste is so strong, have to cover it right away by eating something right after I take it. It is the first time I take boswelia by itself as one ingredient and not in a suuplement formula. As for the benefits, I haven’t beed taking it for long to know. I will give an update later.
