I take supplements, but don’t often feel a “difference” on them. This B1 I actually can tell the results. It has a bitter medicinal flavor, but you don’t have to let it sit under your tongue. You can just swallow it with food. I started out slowly with just one, but am increasing my dosage over time. I’ve noticed a difference in neuropathy and my knees in just under a month.
I like this brand. Good quality. Great form of tablets, they dissolve in the mouth which gives less load on a stomach.
ok ptoduct just that the taste is very bitter , but at least it's a sublingual lozenge that dissolves easily which is what i was looking for

The tablets are small and dissolve quickly, but the taste is very unpleasant. And the aftertaste remains for a long time, you need a full glass of water to get rid of it.
Use it every day but the taste is not so good..................
Sorry but that’s the first word I think of regarding these vitamins. I have to take this vit first so the other few vits that dissolve can kind of take the taste away after I take those. I didn’t believe the reviews that said they were awful so that’s my mistake. I won’t be purchasing these again & hope I can find a different dissolvable vit B-1.
Healthy ingredients, which is exactly what i'm looking for in a heath product
It's a nice way to take vitamin B1 in small pills but the sweetness of the stevia leaf sweetener is overpowered by the bitter taste.I recommend taking this pill first then taking other pills so that the contrast will not accentuate the taste.
