Paradise Herbs has become one of my favorite supplement brands. As they always comes through with the clean ingredients and have no fillers. They have high quality ingredients at an affordable price and the capsules are the perfect size with a single dose. I also love the bonus antioxidants and superfoods.
These vitamin D & K capsules are great quality. they're a small size and are easy to swallow. they have no taste. they are full of health benefits. I feel it is important to supplement with these, especially when I am having a flare and can not get out of the house much. This enables me to get my vitamin D when I can not get it from the sun. they have lots of organic nutritional ingredients if you read the label on the back.
I got this vitamin D3 + K2 primarily because of the 5,000 IU of Vit D3, which is the minimum recommended by my doc. K2 is not the exact dose suggested but is within the range. What I like the most is the remaining 251 mg of good stuff (e.g. probiotics). Well packed, and easy on my gut. Second purchase, so far no complaints.

High-quality D3 + K2 combo with a really clean, plant-based formula. The 5,000 IU of vitamin D3 feels potent, so I take one capsule every other day and it works perfectly for me. I like the added superfoods, adaptogens, and probiotics — it feels like more than just a vitamin. Easy on the stomach, veggie capsules, and no weird aftertaste. Solid choice if you want strong daily support without overdoing it.
Didn’t read the description properly when I bought it and so I was pleasantly surprised by the probiotics. It’s been helping me achieve regular bowel movements.

I dd not know VD works best when combined with K2 until watching Dr Berg's video. I ordered the first jar for myself. After taking it for 3 days, the results were fantastic. I got into sleep faster than before.
Repeated orders at least 10 times, a good D3 and K2 supplements which’s reasonable priced. Small capsules easily absorb, so our family continues taking it for years and would recommend to our friends and relatives too
