My latest labs show that I’m not methylating very well. Doc suggested supplementing with these. I initially started using them in the morning, but found they made me sleepy. I take at night with my progesterone and i sleep incredibly well. Not sure it’s a popular side effect of drowsiness, but it super made me tired! Labs in another month to see where my results are at.
