purchased for my daughter who has methylation problems, anxiety and bad behavior linked to ADD, I am hoping it helps make her more tolerable to live with, she is driving everyone nuts with her behavior, these have a 250 day supply, almost a years worth, lets see if i can get a 5 year old to stick to this hahahaha, this version is non flushing, but good for the nervous system, capsules have no taste and you swallow the whole thing, small size as its a low dose...

This product is good quality and has great effect for skin problems it doesn't cause the niacin flush gives you more energy and helps your metabolism and nervous system. They are quite big in size but taste normal. Made from vitamin B3 is very used in lots of cosmetic products
