Full Spectrum® Gotu Kola, 435 mg, 60 Capsules

I use this for it's anxiety and cognitive benefit. I don't think it has performed any miracles for me but it does help, I find it has a mild calming or grounding effect, at least at this dosage. No drowsiness. They are fairly large gel capsules filled with the herb and it can be opened and prepared as a tea. I trust the quality of Swanson products so I believe this to be a high quality supplement.

I’ve almost finished the whole jar of these caps 💊💊💊 I take them with food or with my morning cappuccino, without increasing the daily dosage. I’m not sure if they are the only ones ingredients that help me take benefits (because I take several other dietary supplements) but I feel much more effective and energetic during the day.
