These capsules are well-packaged, easy to swallow, and have no taste or smell. This is a stronger dose than what I've been using, so I only take one every other day. That said, in the short time I've been using it, I've noticed that the wiry white hairs that had sprouted along my temples are fading out and color is returning. My skin is also a bit improved as well. It will take time to decide if this is helping, but so far the results are positive.

This has only been recently received so not much feedback yet except to say that it is well tolerated with no side effects visible. The caps are on the larger side but still manageable. Curious to see if the purported properties of PABA will show up at some point. This may take a few weeks I suppose. Not tried this product from any other brand so don't have a point of comparison at this point. I will update this review after some testing time to comment on effects and any potential side-effect. I drink this paba already about a half year before I had from now; this month I’ve started Swanson I feel also same benefits, more energy, better hairs and nails, size is perfect, because I had bigger capsules from nature smth ; also no taste at all, overall good effect especially I recommend aftercovid
Great Quality ! The packaging and delivery .. the number of capsule is right. The ingredients and size of this is correct. It doesn’t taste bad all. It helps a lot as a daily supplement for my diet. I hope I’m going to get the benefits for my overall fitness . Best taken after workout
