didn't know the benefit of using these was for mood regulation lol I thought it was for immunity and rogue cells mutating into cancer.. the dosage is 530mg which is the highest safe amount you can take without it causing parkinsons and long term liver problems.. The ingredient Graviola is Soursop or Guanabana.. the capsule size is bit bigger
