Good for redusing IBS symptoms such as pain and spasms. Generally helped recover faster. Doesn't have a lot of additional ingredients, which is good for me. Size of capsules is good, not hard to swallow and you can control dosage by taking 1 or 2 capsules. Taste isn't present, not even aftertaste, so goes good.

Swanson's prices are always decent. But I would've liked to see a standardised extract. Basically currently it's hard to know how many active ingredients the supplement has, and plant variety, harvest season etc can all influence active compounds.
