Full Spectrum® Dong Quai, 530 mg, 100 Capsules

I started taking this in combination with chasteberry extract for hormone balancing. Every time I would get my period I would feel like a whole different person! Feeling annoyed and not having energy and things like that. Since I’ve been taking this my moods have seemed more stable. They kind of smell bad but it luckily doesn’t affect the taste.

This herb was introduced to me by a friend, boy was I glad I tried it! Dong qui was such a blessing. Menopause was kicking my butt with hot flashes! This helped so much, I don't know how many people I've recommended this to. Fabulous product. ingredients are superior and triple checked for all aspects of herbal quality. May be used as a estrogen replacement.

Was really happy to have found Dong Quai on iHerb. Swanson has great product and prices. I wanted to find supplements to support menopause separately , black cohosh, red clover, chaste berry fruit. I don't know which one, but they do work all of them together. I am very happy with them as I was at the point of breaking down. So so grateful!. I recommend all of them!

I tought it would take some time to work things foe the better buf I felt it in a few days. Not sure how this is possible but it is.

I had been more used to taking the tcm version whereby you need to boil these roots with chicken in a soup form. however it is time consuming and not very portable. so I decided to try this in capsule form, and surprisingly it works quite well too! quality is great and size of capsule is easy to swallow. so much easier to eat this than to boil the soup every month:) no weird taste too!

Super fast delivery as always. Have started taking these, will update my review a bit later on my body reaction. Great supplement quality, but I am trying another brand when I finish this bottle from this site. I wont be be trying them at the same time. This is for Breast stimulation and hormone well being.

I’ve taken this for women’s cycle support, about 2 capsules a day. It really eases cramps and PMS mood swings—much milder periods without the usual fatigue. Feels like a gentle herbal balancer, no harsh effects. Capsules are straightforward, no smell or taste issues. Been helpful for hormonal stuff, especially combined with a healthy diet.

I took Dong Quai, 2 times a day (mornings and evenings) to reduce the pain of my frozen shoulder. It worked actually better than Ibuprofen painkillers! The capsules are easy to swollow and have no bad taste. I was really surprised that it helped so good for pain. I had two attacks now with my frozen shoulder and both times Dong Quai, was a life saver.
