hey so while i was taking this i felt pretty good so i will likely try it again. liquid is absorbable more but the downside is i find i go through it too quickly. it tastes good. no tummy upset.

Echinacea is an all round great product for cold and flu season plus the goldenseal is good for sinusitis, urinary tract infections, digestive upsets and a field of other issues. It helps with stomach upsets, but suppose to use for short periods of time alkaloids in goldenseal have been found to have antibiotic, anti-inflammatory, antispasmodic, and tonic effects. Great herbs.
Helps to heal up canker sores and any tooth pain . Mix with distilled water and gargle as well as brush with it. Taste is not great but works!
I found vitamins in i-herb. I love it very much. It differed from others. This consists of many useful ingredients.
Take echinacea & goldenseal whenever I have a scratchy feeling in my throat during the winter (and other seasons as well). It always seems to help me fight off colds. Doesn't taste great, but all of these extracts tend to have an odd flavor.

The small print shows up once it is in the house which says the usual California warning of prop65 cancer warming. The dosage has lower mg of echinacea than other brand but does provide two strains. Taste like the rest. No need to refrigerate. Price was good.
