The capsules are a good size and I can take them with or without food. They are very neutral taste, and smell fine too. I find they work well Also this one doesn't have a bad taste. Make sure to drink more water after using this.

This is a good quality product for the price, This is the first time that I have tried it in this brand. The ingredients were as advertised and I definitely find that is effective. I would definitely buy the product again.
