Here in middle east black cumin is used for centuries as a "medicine for any disease except death ". I've heard that it is effect comparable to curxum but better. Let's try and see
Good quality ingredients, small size and packaging, dosage. No taste or fish which is a massive plus as a vegan. No obvious benefit to hair, heart, inflammation, cholesterol or other marketed claims but does offer omegas which we can all use more of. Main drawback is that I wish it came in larger quantity, and was stated cold-pressed to ensure premium quality.
